This person will be joining the IT Performance and Planning team in support of a 3 year long initiative from an operational and governance perspective, as the main POC between the business and the team off analysts within the IT Performance group to undertake the new program. This person will be managing the delivery tools, and utilizing the delivery tools for project intake tasks, managing vendor management systems, maintaining labor budget, governing resource tracking, and administering tasks to the analysts for all operational procedures. They will be utilizing delivery tools such as Apptio and Adobe Workfront to generate reporting and carry out project deliverables.
* 3+ years of experience with portfolio management, resource planning, and vendor management
* Experience managing delivery tools, resource tracking, and project delivery
Experience communicating with vendors, generating reporting, and budget planning
