A client in South Florida is seeking an Executive Assistant to join the team. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for performing high-level administrative support to Executive Management. This position's duties include fielding telephone calls, managing calendars, making travel arrangements, coordinating events, greeting visitors, preparing reports, general correspondence, creating spreadsheets and presentations, special projects and filing information for record-keeping purposes. This position requires strong computer and research skills including excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff including outside vendors. This role requires sensitivity to confidential matters at the leadership level. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be a proactive team player with a focus on excellent customer service and people skill sets.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment under pressure
* ~3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role
* Bachelor's Degree (strongly preferred)
