Job Description
We are looking for an Oracle Developer to join our team and work on large scale data engineering, transformation, and migration programs. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Oracle Server platform and PL/SQL development for data ingestion, storage, and modeling. You will also support the migration of Informatica workflows to Python, Spark, Java or Azure Data Factory.
Required Skills & Experience
US Citizen willing to undergo background investigation to achieve Public Trust clearance
BS in Computer Science or related field, with at least five years of experience in application development
Three or more years of experience in IT solution architecture, with specific experience in building scalable ETL systems
Experience with modern data skills and tools, including Python, Azure, Databricks and data pipeline development
Experience with Oracle PL/SQL for transforming and loading data in OLAP data structures
Experience with data ingestion, indexing, view and table creation in Oracle or SQL Server
Experience with running complex queries and aggregations on relational databases
Experience with code repositories, continuous integration tools, and continuous deployment and operations concepts
Experience with ETL diagnostics and performance tuning
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with Azure Synapse or other cloud-based data warehouse solutions
Experience with Spark, Azure Data Factory, Streams, Python ETL concepts or other data integration tools and languages
Experience with C#.NET, Python, Java or other software development languages
Experience with Agile methodologies and software development life cycle
Strong communication skills verbally and in writing
ADF (azure data framework) and databricks experience
