Job Description

Insight Global is looking for Business Systems Analyst to work closely with the end user to provide functional support to the existing Financial and Acquisition System. The BSAs will assist with troubleshooting issues, identifying the root cause, and documenting solutions for the end user. Additionally, the BSAs will Perform critical system testing to ensure application functionality works correctly to address the customers' needs. This support requires the BSAs to be able to:
• Directly support the end user with reported issues in the Financial and Acquisition system.
• Troubleshoot to determine the source of system errors.
• Replicate the issues, determine the root cause and create and document a workaround/solution (if possible) and communicate it back to the end user.
• Maintain a working knowledge of customer systems and current Help Desk processes and procedures.
• Develop test scenarios and documentation. Perform validation testing.
• Configure system settings based on customer requirements.
• Find and log system defects using software tools, including steps required to repeat and track defects to closure.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 1-2 years of experience with end user support
- Active Top Secret or TS/SCI Clearance
