Job Description

As a Project Manager, you'll oversee our ticketing system, ensuring timely responses and proper task allocation. You'll handle incoming service requests, prioritize tasks, and lead team meetings in collaboration with the Team Lead. Your role involves continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining an organized workspace. With 2 years of management experience and a Bachelor's Degree, your strong communication skills will be crucial for client interactions. Managing Onboarding, Payroll, PTO, and the full team, your IT background is essential in helping the team as needed. Additionally, you'll run morning meetings, assist the team during high ticket volumes, and develop reports to track team performance, including customer satisfaction surveys. Other duties as assigned by the customer will also be part of your responsibilities.

$35/hr to $48/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience

* 2 years in Project or Operations management experience
* Bachelor's Degree
* Comfortable with communicating, reporting and presenting to the client
* Responsible for Onboarding, Payroll, PTO, full management of team
* IT background -- preferably hardware

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Experience running morning Scrum/productivity meetings with updates from customers and prioritizing workload for a medium sized team
* Ability to assist team directly when ticket volume exceeds limit
* Experience having a high client facing role, while also managing team
