○ Layer 3: Edge connectivity, firewalls, routers, VPNs, point‑to‑point connections
• Ensure clinicians and staff can carry out responsibilities while maintaining uninterrupted network connectivity
• Provide leadership and guidance to infrastructure managers and team leads
• Ensure infrastructure operations align to ITIL service management frameworks
• Establish and reinforce repeatable processes for incident, change, and problem management
• Serve as escalation authority during critical incidents when needed
• Maintain architectural oversight of the hospital network environment
• Validate design, configuration, and operational decisions made by network leadership
• Ensure Cisco‑based infrastructure is operated and managed to enterprise standards
• Lead, mentor, and support managers responsible for frontline teams
• Ensure teams are trained, supported, and operating within clearly defined processes
