Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking for a Sales Training & Enablement Consultant to join their team. This role is a hands-on sales enablement consultant brought in to help our client evolve how their sales organization operates as the company shifts from acquisition-led growth to more intentional, organic growth. The person will take existing sales materials, leadership direction, and consultant-led strategy and turn it into practical, tech-enabled training programs for sellers and sales managers. The focus is on building and rolling out sales performance standards, management expectations, and coaching frameworks—moving fast, bringing structure to a complex environment, and helping leaders and sellers adopt a more consistent way of selling. This is ideal for someone who has built and delivered sales enablement programs before, enjoys turning high-level ideas into real, usable tools that sales teams can apply immediately.

• Review and synthesize existing sales materials, frameworks, and models from multiple sources
• Partner with executive sponsor, program manager, and sales operations leadership to translate strategy into execution
• Design and build Version 1 sales enablement programs, including:
o Sales performance standards
o Sales management expectations
o Coaching frameworks
o Training for new managers and junior sellers
• Develop hybrid learning programs (live sessions, virtual delivery, LMS/LXP-hosted content)
• Collaborate closely with an external consulting advisor to capture strategy and convert it into usable tools
• Pilot enablement materials with select sales groups and refine based on feedback
• Prepare programs for long-term handoff to internal sales training and sales operations teams
• Participate in in-person planning sessions and training pilots as needed
• Drive progress independently and bring order from chaos in a fast-moving transformation environment
