• Requirements gathering to successfully develop curriculums
• Ability to deliver developed curriculums
• Development of Training Manuals and Quick Reference Guides
• Development of Instructional Videos
• Ability to edit video into meaningful ‘Training on demand’ sessions
• Collaboration with internal teams
• Delivering content to an LMS system
• Provide basic web maintenance and management of applications posted to related resource links on the internal website (WordPress)
• Designing and Controlling library structure/contents
Collaborate with participating Agencies to support their Training Efforts in support of Forfeiture Systems Applications to include videos, LMS course creation, manuals and guides

Required Skills & Experience
• Proficient understanding of Organizational Training
• Proficient understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle
• Past experience with IBM Rational Products preferred
• The candidate hired will possess and demonstrate hands-on experience with the following products or related competitor’s products:
○ Articulate Storyline 360 - OR Adobe captivate
○ Camtasia - screen recordings
§ OR Adobe Premier
○ WordPress
Photoshop/Illustrator
