This position requires a U.S. Secret Security Clearance, and is willing to pay between $75,000-$90,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a Travel and Training Coordinator to help support a government client in Washington, DC
Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, tracking master schedule integration and critical path items
• Lead execution of tasks supporting KVM virtualization, system security prototypes, and F127 CI design activities
• Identify schedule risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure high quality deliverables
• Coordinate with PEO IWS, AEGIS Technical Representatives, LM RMS, and foreign partners to align objectives and timelines
• Monitor project performance, brief leadership, and ensure compliance with U.S. Government export control requirements
• Validate technical data and training materials prior to version closeout

Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of experience in foreign assistance or security cooperation supporting international military students and mobile training
• Knowledge of the clients mission and its international training and security cooperation programs
• Working knowledge of government training systems, courses, and international training capabilities
• 3+ years of experience supporting Title 10 and Title 22 programs (e.g., FMS, FMF, IMET, INL, and other U.S. foreign assistance programs)
• Experience with DoD and USCG international student management systems (e.g., DSAMS, Student Assistance Network)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
• Active Secret clearance
• Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (International Relations, Finance, Business preferred); equivalent experience may be substituted
