Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer/BI Developer to lead the modernization and automation of enterprise Business Intelligence platforms. This role requires deep experience in Data Warehousing, Tableau development, cloud-based data ecosystems, and hands-on expertise migrating legacy BI environments (specifically OBIEE) to modern Tableau-based architectures. The ideal candidate will also bring strong automation capabilities, including leveraging APIs, scripting, and AI-driven workflows to streamline BI operations.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience with data integration tools/frameworks such as Apache Kafka, Apache Airflow, Talend, or similar.
Experience using serverless automation technologies such as AWS Lambda.
Understanding of machine learning workflows or AI integrations in Databricks.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems such as Git.
Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like JIRA

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience building rapid-prototype AI model interfaces with Streamlit, Gradio, or similar tools.
Business acumen with the ability to align ML solutions with organizational goals.
Experience optimizing compute and storage resources for performance and cost efficiency.
