Job Description

Insight global is currently hiring a part‑time Bilingual Receptionist for our client in Washington, DC. Our client is an immigration law firm that manages a broad range of immigration matters, including family‑based immigration.

The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, highly organized, detail‑oriented, and confident in a fast‑paced, client‑facing legal environment. You will serve as the first point of contact for clients and play a key role in keeping office operations running smoothly. This is a temporary position expected to last 3-4 months, with part‑time hours from 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary front desk contact, greeting clients and managing lobby activity.
- Answer and route incoming multi‑line phone calls to attorneys, paralegals, and other staff.
- Support clients with general questions regarding appointments, document drop‑offs, and office processes.
- Handle daily mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing outgoing items.
- Process client payments and issue receipts following office guidelines.
- Maintain an understanding of which attorneys and paralegals are assigned to specific client matters to ensure accurate routing.
- Assist with day‑to‑day administrative tasks to support the overall function of the office.

The hourly compensation for this role ranges between $24 to $26/hour depending on experience.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bilingual in English & Spanish (professional fluency required)
- Receptionist/front desk experience in a client‑facing or fast‑paced setting
- Strong technical comfort with office tools and software

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Paralegal experience
- Prior experience in a law firm or legal services environment
