PR: $100,000k - $165,000k
Shift: M-F 9 am - 5 pm
• As a manager, this candidate needs to have flexibility for nights and weekends
• No holiday expectations
Interview Process:
• 1st round: 30 minute Zoom interview with the CNO and CEO
• 2nd round: On-Site interview: conversational, meet the team, and tour of facility
Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Insight Global is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to support the Psychiatric Institute of Washington (PIW), a 130-bed, short-term, acute care hospital providing comprehensive behavioral healthcare for children, adolescents, adults, and senior adults. PIW offers inpatient, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs, including specialized treatment for chemical dependency.
Responsibilities Include:
• Directs the activities of the nursing staff members, including scheduling the daily nursing tasks for the department and providing guidance on operational procedures and patient care.
• Provides direct patient care, following the nursing process and holistic conceptual framework in the development of nursing care plans.

Required Skills & Experience
Requirements:
• DC Licensure.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• At least 5 years of nursing experience within an acute care hospital setting.
○ No long term care.
• 2 years of Leadership experience.
○ Progressive leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of effective management and supervisory practices.
• Ability to plan, direct, and monitor others’ activities with demonstrated leadership abilities that contribute to a positive work environment.
Preferred:
• Psych RN experience preferred.
