Job Description

A client of Insight Global is seeking an Office Administrator to join their team full-time in Washington, DC. Our client is a dynamic professional services firm committed to delivering exceptional client service and fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented workplace. We’re seeking an experienced Office Administrator to lead operational efficiency and support our leadership team.

Position Summary
The Office Administrator is a key leader in our firm, responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role supports partners and the Practice Manager while managing administrative, financial, and HR functions. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating systems that save time and resources.

What You’ll Do
Human Resources

Oversee employee benefits and recommend improvements.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Coordinate staff training and professional development.
Promote employee engagement and wellness initiatives.

Financial Management

Manage accounts payable/receivable and vendor payments.
Prepare client invoices and assist with payroll processing.
Coordinate with accountants on tax-related matters.

Operations & Vendor Management

Negotiate vendor contracts and maintain relationships.
Ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
Assist with event planning and office calendar management.

IT & Facilities

Liaise with IT providers to maintain systems and software.
Oversee office facilities and implement green initiatives.


What We’re Looking For

Experience: 3+ years as an office administrator in a professional services setting (law firm or medical preferred).
Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills; proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and Adobe.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly.
