Job Description
My client is looking for architectural inspectors to join their growing federal project in Washington DC. This is a ground up construction of a federal office building out of a historic preservation site, and the structural inspector will be reviewing architectural designs, review ongoing construction through site inspections to ensure all work is up to terms to building codes, and submitting all architectural QA documentation to the end client. The QA specialist will also communicate effectively with key stakeholders, the general contractor, and key members of the client team.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ year's of experience with oversight of Architectural component installation, design/spec reviews -- must be building construction exp (the larger, more complex the better)
- comfortable with construction site walks, QA documentation, and good communication with clients
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- federal project experience
- OSHA30 or QCM
