Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Secret Executive Assistant/IT Support role sitting hybrid in NW, DC supporting a large government client. We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven individual to assist executive leadership and assist with onboarding processes. They will also help manage IT support tickets, fulfill hardware/software requests, and coordinate taskers across teams. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
Compensation:
$35-50/HR
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
- Active Secret Clearance
- Strong customer service orientation, especially in executive-facing environments.
- Experience supporting C level executives
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk).
- Familiarity with laptop setup, Windows/Mac environments, and basic networking.
- Excellent organizational and task management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
