Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Events Registration Coordinator for one of its national non-profit clients. This role is remote in Washington DC OR Richmond, VA . The main responsibility of this resource will be to answer inbound calls from people wanting to register for both events. The coordinator will help answer questions and will ultimately help drive overall registration and attendance. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds is required. All applicants must have their own reliable personal computer or laptop. The standard hours will be Monday-Friday from 9:00AM-5:00PM EST- 7 hour work days; 35 hours a week.

Required Skills & Experience
Candidates must have reliable personal laptop or computer to use
1+ year of experience supporting a non-profit Fundraising Walk
Proven work experience as a Coordinator, Staff Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong written and verbal communication
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Nonprofit Development experience (fundraising, donor cultivation, strategic planning, fostering partnerships, etc.)
Experience with Salesforce
Experience as a volunteer or event planning coordinator/intern
Experience planning fundraising events such as golf tournaments, galas, etc.
