Pay Rate

$48 - $60 (hourly estimate)

Job Description

Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors and subcontractors on various aspects of the project
Review and update project schedules, budgets, contracts, change orders, invoices and reports
Monitor and ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental and contractual standards
Conduct site visits and inspections to verify progress and identify issues
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on project status, issues and resolutions
Prepare and maintain project documentation, records and files

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
7+ years of experience in construction project management
Experience managing a wide variety of vertical commercial construction projects
Experience working on projects between $5-$20 million.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, codes, and standards
Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with project stakeholders, contractors, and consultants
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project, and other relevant software tools
