Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a dedicated Facility Coordinator to oversee the maintenance operations of HVAC systems and overall facility management across a University Campus. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth logistical operation of all facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance. The Facility Coordinator will also manage vendor relationships, oversee maintenance requests, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience: 2+ years in facility coordination, property management, or related fields.

Knowledge: Familiarity with HVAC systems, building maintenance, and safety regulations.

Skills: Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Technical Proficiency: Experience with CMMS work ticketing systems.

Experience with vendor management.
