Our client is currently seeking a detail-oriented Architectural/Structural Project Manager to support work on an ongoing Federal MEP Infrastructure Project in Washington D.C. in support of a well known Agency.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ Years of Experience in Construction
$150M+ New Federal (GSA, DoD) Construction Experience
Experience with oversight of installation of enclosure systems, civil work, commissioning, design/spec reviews
Experience leading teams of architectural, structural, civil specialists, estimators, schedulers
BS Construction Management or Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering or BA Architecture

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

CCM / PMP / PE / RA / AIA
