Seeking a self-motivated, articulate Oracle APEX Developer to support full lifecycle development of custom applications. The ideal candidate will work independently, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and deliver secure, scalable solutions.
Develop custom Oracle applications using APEX (v21+).
Use Oracle IDEs (Toad, SQL Developer) for development and debugging.
Design dynamic web content with JavaScript, JQuery, Ajax, CSS, and HTML.
Create reports and manage Oracle DB objects (tables, indexes, triggers, etc.).
Develop with PL/SQL, Java, PowerShell, and Unix shell scripting.
Handle unstructured data (BLOBs, CLOBs, JSON, XMLType).
Integrate BI Publisher templates and web services.
Deliver enterprise-level, workflow-centric applications.
Automate business processes with logical functions and algorithms.

Bachelors degree + 8 years of experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
Experience with secure Oracle network programming (e.g., HTTPS, certificates).
Strong background in full lifecycle Oracle APEX development.
Proficiency in scripting, web technologies, and Oracle database tools.
Agile development experience and strong documentation skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience with Oracle DB v11+, Oracle Forms/Reports 10G+, and APEX 4.0+.
Troubleshooting and operational support experience.
Familiarity with government contracting environments.
