Job Description

• Planning, coordinating and managing all aspects of the construction projects, including budget, schedule, quality, safety and risk management
• Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, such as clients, contractors, consultants, vendors and regulators
• Leading and supervising the project team, including engineers, architects, designers, subcontractors and field staff
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable codes, standards, regulations and contractual obligations
• Solving problems and resolving issues that may arise during the project lifecycle
Delivering the projects on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and with high quality standards
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, codes, and regulations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams of contractors, consultants, and stakeholders
• Proficient in using project management software and tools
