Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a cleared Project Manager to sit hybrid in NW, DC supporting a large government client. This PM should possess a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects in a government environment and have experience applying agile project management methodologies. This individual will be responsible for strategic planning and direction, stakeholder management and engagement, communication and outreach, project planning initiation, execution, monitoring, reporting and project closure.

Compensation:

$50-62/HR

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience managing public sector projects.
PMP certification
Experience developing and managing project management plans, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and communication plans.
Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams in a matrixed environment.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
Experience identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and issues.
Experience working as a contractor for the federal government and understanding federal procurement processes and regulations.
Proficiency in using project management software tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence). Jira preferred.
Active Secret clearance
