Job Description

· Provide support to a single large project or multiple projects being managed by a Senior Project Managers and Project Engineers around the DC metro area
· We do self-performing work, so you'll need to work with craftsman, foreman and the owner
· You'll help plan out mechanical projects from start to finish with an understanding of all of the moving parts involved and what it takes to manage the process
· Develop and maintain client relations through project status updates
· Manage budget reports, cost projections, and change orders
· Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project scope and timeline
Mentor Project Engineers and provide coaching and feedback

Required Skills & Experience

· Holds Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
· 7-10+ years of experience in Construction Project Management
Experience managing MEP specific projects
· Experience working on Data centers, Federal work, Industrial and/or Healthcare facilities
Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, mechanical, piping, including design, construction, and how these systems work
