Active Secret clearance
Bachelors degree
Minimum of 5 years experience in:
Database design, administration, testing, and implementation
System integration and performance optimization
Development of technical documentation
Experience with the following database technologies:
SQL, DB2, Oracle, Sybase, Datacom
Understanding of Army manpower and force management operations
Mainframe experience in attendance. A working knowledge of COBOL is required.
