Job Description

Planning, coordinating and managing all aspects of the construction projects on the owner side.
Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, such as clients, contractors, consultants, vendors and regulators
Leading and supervising the project team, including engineers, architects, designers, subcontractors and field staff
Ensuring compliance with all applicable codes, standards, regulations and contractual obligations
Solving problems and resolving issues that may arise during the project lifecycle
Delivering the projects on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
5+ years of experience in managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion
Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and with high quality standards
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, codes, and regulations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead and coordinate stakeholder schedules and interests
Proficient in using project management software and tools

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience working on projects over 50 million
PMP, CCM, PE, or other certifications
