Job Description

We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join the team in DC immediately! This role will be 5 days a week onsite, 9:30-5:30pm (or 10-6pm).

You will be supporting the Facilities Operations team and be responsible for the following:
- Primary POC for work order management system tickets for the building - looping in the property management company that will be the hands-on building engineers completing the tickets
- Triage and responds to requests for facilities maintenance/work orders as needed
- Scheduling, facilitating and updating necessary parties when contractors are coming to repair anything within the building
- Draft and send out external and internal communication as needed
- Updating workspace signs as needed
- Assist with office supply, pantry supply, and general facilities supply inventory, purchasing and stocking
- Reports furniture and facility issues with respective vendors
- Schedule office and furniture moves

Required Skills & Experience

5 years of professional administrative experience and HS Diploma OR Bachelor's degree and 1 year of administrative experience
Preference for experience with a university or specific to facility coordination
Computer skills - MS Office, Excel, Outlook, Word
Excellent communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with ticket system / work management system
