Job Description

Our client is seeking a talented and experienced design & construction industry professional to join our Project Management / Owners Representation team. This position will primarily focus on managing the design and construction of modernizations and new construction projects. Project types include; public parks, aquatic facilities, and recreational facility buildings.

Required Skills & Experience

7-12 years of construction management, heavy focus on project administration
Experience overseeing at least one project with a value over $7.5 million
Licensed or Credentialed - PE, RA, PMP, CCM, LEED, CPM
Some experience working within DC
Ability to pass a DC Police criminal background check

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with building rec centers, pools, gyms from the ground up
Background in Parks & Rec projects if possible
Owner's Rep background
Great communication skills
