Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Jr. Web Designer for an independent government agency that provides quality affordable housing to low-income families in the DC area. This person will be responsible for designing graphics and visuals for social media as well as some first-draft writing or copyediting for the website, intranet, pamphlets, social media captions, etc. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating with various internal departments, brainstorming and interpreting design needs for digital and print marketing collateral, and delivering graphics in a timely manner. They will also develop copy for the website, intranet, pamphlets and other reference materials. This is a hybrid position (1 day remote, 4 days in office).

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of professional experience designing graphics/visuals for social media

Experience writing/copyediting for websites, intranet, pamphlets, social media captions, etc.

Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Express, Premiere, Lightroom, etc.
