o Review and analyze designs, plans, and specifications.
o Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
5. Team Leadership:
o Supervise and plan the work of technical and professional team members.
o Coordinate efforts with external design firms.
6. Software Utilization:
o Leverage AutoDesk Revit, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant business software tools.

* Bachelor's Degree: You hold a degree in Architecture, Planning, Construction Management, or a related field.
* Experience: A minimum of 15 years in the Design and Construction industry.
* Financial Management: Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and schedules.
* Financial Acumen: Knowledge of financial terms, principles, and the ability to calculate figures (percentages, discounts, averages) in coordination with accounting staff.
* Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
* Software Proficiency: Proficient in Deltek VantagePoint or similar financial management tools.
* Collaboration: Ability to interact effectively with clients, regulatory agencies, and manage multiple/simultaneous projects.
* Consultant Coordination: Demonstrated ability to coordinate the work of consultants.
* Design Evaluation: Ability to review, analyze, and make recommendations regarding designs, plans, and specifications.
* Team Leadership: Proficiency in supervising and planning the work of technical and professional members of the design team, as well as coordinating efforts with outside design firms.
* Software Skills: Proficient in AutoDesk Revit, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant business software tools.
* Quality Control: Experience in document quality control review and best practices.
