Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an HR Specialist who has experience in development and implementation of talent strategies. This individual will be responsible for conducting research and audits to identify areas for program improvement and provide recommendations and strategy to Human Resources team in areas of recruiting, DE&I, employee retention, employee wellness, other HR topics etc

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college
- 8+ years of experience within general HR/HR Administration/Marketing/Communications
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to strategize and provide recommendations to customers/stakeholders in areas of HR/Recruiting
