-Experience managing Change Request process in ServiceNow
-Ability to communicate and document clearly with customer who has opened a Change Request to track changes through the packaging, testing, delivery process
-Respond to queries regarding assigned Change Requests
-Actively participate in post deployment review
-Present test results at stakeholder and customer facing Enterprise Change Control Board (ECCB) meetings, as required
-Work collaboratively with the team to provide customer-facing announcements and communications that describe the steps users are required to follow including any post installation or manual steps for deployments
-Bachelor's Degree plus 2-3 years of experience in a related field
-Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain the require agency clearance.
