DC. In this role, you will provide customer service to the customer's employees, set up new mobile devices, and assist the Mobile Team with the configuration of mobile devices. Responsibilities include:
* Support a large-scale mobile device refresh project for a high-profile government customer
* Assist customers with the set up of their new devices
* Provide exceptional customer service to government employees and contractors
* Act as a resource to customers who have questions regarding their new device
* Resolve basic hardware and software issues
