A client of Insight Global is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect to lead the strategy, design, implementation, and governance of its enterprise ServiceNow platform. This individual will serve as the technical authority for the platform, driving architecture decisions across CMDB, ITOM, ITSM, IRM, and Vulnerability Response. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in building scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions, while ensuring platform health, governance, and alignment with enterprise technology objectives. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and technical teams to deliver innovative solutions, optimize platform performance, and support long-term digital transformation initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience
• 10+ years of ServiceNow experience with 5+ years serving as a ServiceNow Architect, leading enterprise-scale design, architecture, and delivery initiatives.
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Master Architect certification required.
• Deep expertise in CMDB, CSDM, ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management), IRM, and Vulnerability Response.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Servers), Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, platform upgrades, and performance optimization.
• Proven ability to lead architecture governance, stakeholder engagement, and technical teams within large-scale, multi-instance ServiceNow environments.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• ServiceNow CIS certifications in ITSM, ITOM, IRM, or Vulnerability Response.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Expertise establishing platform governance models, Centers of Excellence (CoE), and data quality frameworks.
• Strong background in platform health monitoring, health scans, technical debt management, and scalability planning.
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and enterprise-level decision-making skills with a customer-centric mindset.
