Job Description
Our technical manufacturing client is looking for a Project Manager to lead an Order Automation Proof of Value (POV) initiative. This person will own the end-to-end delivery of a business transformation project focused on automating order capture and order processing by integrating enterprise systems including SAP ERP and Salesforce CRM. The PM will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, enterprise architects, and a third-party implementation partner to drive delivery, governance, and execution.
Day-to-Day:
• Lead the Order Automation POV from kickoff through pilot completion
• Own project plans, milestones, timelines, resource forecasting, and executive reporting
• Act as the primary liaison between DuPont and the third-party implementation vendor
• Coordinate efforts across business teams, IT, architecture, infrastructure, integration, security, and application teams
• Drive project governance, status updates, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder communications
• Manage project risks, dependencies, scope changes, and issue resolution
• Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release planning
• Coordinate testing, deployment planning, environment readiness, and cutover activities
• Ensure successful integration between SAP ERP and Salesforce CRM environments
This person will need to go onsite to Wilmington, DE 2-4 times a week and the pay range is $65-70/hr

Required Skills & Experience
• 3-5+ years of Project Management experience leading enterprise technology or business transformation initiatives
• PMP or PMI-ACP certification
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and external vendors
• Experience delivering systems integration, business process automation, or enterprise application projects
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Experience managing enterprise applications, API integrations, automation platforms, and data flows
• Ability to communicate effectively with business leaders, architects, developers, and implementation teams
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• SAP ERP experience
• Salesforce CRM experience
• Order-to-Cash (O2C), Order Management, Customer Service, or Sales Operations experience
• Proof of Concept (POC), Proof of Value (POV), pilot, or innovation project experience
• Workflow automation or agent-based solution experience
• Experience working in large, global matrixed organizations
