Job Description
R&D Digital Project / Product Manager responsible for driving Agile execution, coordinating cross-functional delivery, and aligning product teams to business priorities. This role focuses on scaling a product-centric operating model, leading PI planning, and ensuring successful delivery across multiple R&D domains.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead Agile transformation and ensure consistent adoption of Scrum/SAFe practices across teams
- Own end-to-end Program Increment (PI) planning, execution, and delivery tracking
- Coordinate across product, engineering, and domain teams to manage dependencies and risks
- Align backlogs and roadmaps with product strategy and business outcomes
- Establish governance processes and deliver executive-level reporting on progress and risks
- Drive change management and adoption of new operating models across teams

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years in product management, program management, or Agile delivery
- Strong experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, PI Planning)
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs and complex dependencies
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
- Ability to translate strategy into structured execution plans
- Excellent communication and executive reporting skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience in R&D, life sciences, or data-driven environments
- Familiarity with digital product ecosystems (data platforms, lab systems, analytics tools)
- Experience working with global or distributed teams
