Job Description
Our technical manufacturing client is seeking a senior-level Enterprise Architect to own and drive their LeanIX platform as the system of record for enterprise architecture. This individual will act as a strategic advisor to leadership, helping modernize the technology landscape, improve visibility across applications and capabilities, and enable data-driven investment decisions. This is a highly visible role that blends strategy, governance, and hands-on platform ownership. The Enterprise Architect will own and evolve the LeanIX platform strategy, aligning it to the client’s broader enterprise architecture vision while establishing it as the single source of truth across applications, capabilities, and technology standards. They will lead application portfolio rationalization efforts, identifying redundancies and driving modernization initiatives (cloud, SaaS, and retirements) while managing LeanIX end-to-end, including configuration, data models, integrations, and reporting. This individual will build and maintain business capability models to drive investment prioritization, oversee application lifecycle management, and deliver executive-level insights into technology health, compliance, and optimization. Additionally, they will serve as a subject matter expert and internal consultant, partnering with leadership and the Architecture Review Board to enforce governance, support M&A activity, and drive enterprise-wide adoption of LeanIX.
This is a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity. This is a remote position, in India. The pay range is $25-30/hr.

Required Skills & Experience
• 10+ years of enterprise architecture experience
• 5+ years hands-on with LeanIX or similar EAM tools (Ardoq, Mega, Planview)
• Strong experience with application portfolio rationalization and lifecycle management at enterprise scale
• Deep understanding of LeanIX configuration (fact sheets, taxonomy, integrations, reporting, automation)
• Experience linking business capabilities to technology investments and outcomes
• Background integrating with tools like ServiceNow, SAP, Azure/AWS, and CI/CD environments
Familiarity with TOGAF or similar frameworks
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• LeanIX certification
• Experience in SAP ecosystem (BTP, GRC, ERP modernization)
• Exposure to AI/ML governance and cataloging within architecture tools
• Manufacturing or industrial industry background
• TOGAF certification
Experience with data governance and MDM frameworks
