Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Technology Manager to lead engineering delivery for the Global Trust & Agency platform, a critical system supporting trustee, agency, and fiduciary services across global capital markets.

This role will drive the design, delivery, and continuous evolution of a modern, service-based platform, partnering closely with product, architecture, and global development teams. The ideal candidate brings a blend of hands-on technical depth, leadership experience, and experience working within complex, transaction-heavy environments.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 4+ years in leadership
• Strong background in service-based / API-driven architecture
• Experience overseeing the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with product, architecture, and external partners
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and workflows

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience in financial services, specifically:
o Corporate trust
o Capital markets
o Structured finance / fiduciary domains

• Experience working with globally distributed teams (US, EMEA, India)

• Knowledge of modern architecture patterns (microservices, event-driven, cloud-native)
