Insight Global is seeking a Senior .NET Software Developer to support the Global Trust & Agency platform, delivering scalable solutions supporting structured finance, debt capital markets, and corporate trust operations globally.
This individual will design, build, and maintain modern applications using .NET technologies, while partnering closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment. The role requires a strong focus on code quality, scalability, and leveraging modern tools—including AI-assisted development and automated testing—to drive efficient delivery.

Required Skills & Experience
• Strong development experience with C# and .NET Core building scalable, modular applications
• Experience with front-end frameworks (Blazor preferred)
• Deep understanding of Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and data modeling
• Expertise in SQL Server (query tuning, indexing, execution plans)
• Experience with Azure Functions or serverless architecture
• Hands-on experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles
• Experience with test automation (Playwright + JavaScript/TypeScript across UI/API)
• Ability to operate in Agile/Scrum environments and deliver within sprint cycles
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot or similar)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, or AI agent workflows
• Familiarity with Azure OpenAI / Azure AI services
• Knowledge of Clean Architecture, MediatR, Flux/state management, or resilience patterns (Polly)
• Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, K6, Artillery, Locust)
• Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience in a test-automation-first or risk-based QA environment
• Familiarity with AI-enabled SDLC workflows
