Job Description

A large manufacturing company is seeking a Project Manager to join their growing team. This person will be responsible for 3-6 projects at a time varying on the complexity and size of the projects. This person should be able to hit the ground running and be able to manage the projects with minimal guidance. We are looking for someone who has strong communication skills and the ability to speak with senior leadership stakeholders to understand the projects and propose solutions when necessary. This person will be building relationships and interacting with stakeholders on a daily basis. This person will coordinate and oversee the design, development, and implementation of technical projects. They are responsible for ensuring that project objectives are met within an established timeline, budget, and quality standards. They manage resources, plan tasks, track progress, and communicate milestones and results. This position requires a strong understanding of technical project management best practices and the ability to motivate and lead project teams. This is a hybrid opportunity with an onsite expectation of 1x a week in Wilmington, DE.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5-10 years of experience within Project Management
• Strong technical background or proven experience managing technical projects
• Proven experience reporting progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership teams
• Agile/Scrum Methodologies
• Demonstrated ability and enthusiasm to work cross-functionally with multiple senior-level stakeholders

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Agile/Scrum Certification
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: Artificial Intelligence, Supply Chain and Manufacturing Optimization, Automation, and Quality Assurance
