Job Description
A large manufacturing company is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer who is transitioning toward an architect role and can take ownership of projects with minimal guidance. This individual will have experience across multiple Salesforce clouds, with strong exposure to Sales and Service Cloud and B2B Commerce Cloud, and a solid understanding of API design and integrations. Experience with Agentforce (Salesforce’s AI capability) is highly preferred, particularly in implementing automation for agent-driven use cases such as order status inquiries and order expediting. The role will involve working closely with systems integrators and business partners to understand ongoing implementations, ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, and document architecture artifacts throughout the delivery lifecycle. While hands-on development within the internal team is limited, the candidate is expected to review and understand existing code, contribute to architectural decision-making, support refactoring initiatives, and build scalable, well-documented solutions. This resource will be expected to independently handle small-to-medium projects within the environment, acting as a technical lead and trusted Salesforce advisor. This is a position located in India with an onsite requirement in Hyderabad at a minimum of 2 days a week.
