Job Description
The Executive Administrative Assistant III provides high-level administrative support to an executive leader within the Cardiac Center and serves as a key resource for a team of 4–8 cardiologists at a large pediatric health system. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Cardiac Center executive, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and correspondence
Support administrative needs for 4–8 cardiologists, including scheduling, document preparation, and coordination across clinical and operational teams
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials using Microsoft Office 365
Serve as a liaison between physicians, leadership, and internal departments
Utilize EMR systems (Epic preferred) to support administrative and operational workflows
Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Required Skills & Experience
5+ previous experience as an executive administrative assistant, preferably supporting senior leaders or physicians
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Experience with EMR systems; Epic experience strongly preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
