Job Description
Insight Global's client is seeking an Enterprise Voice Project Manager to lead the transition of enterprise voice services away from their current parther as part of an ongoing TSA (Transition Services Agreement) that runs through 2027. This role will play a critical part in helping our client become fully self‑sufficient by managing enterprise VoIP and voice site migrations across a global footprint.
The Project Manager will take ownership of an established roadmap, coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and site leadership, and oversee the end‑to‑end delivery of enterprise voice migrations, including Microsoft Teams Calling. This is a fully remote position (EST hours), is an immediate need, and is a 12 month contract opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead enterprise voice and VoIP site migrations, removing DuPont‑provided voice support and transitioning ownership to Qnity
• Manage and execute an existing enterprise voice roadmap, taking full ownership of delivery, timelines, and milestones
• Support global site migrations (up to ~100 sites worldwide – strong plus)
• Oversee vendor selection, onboarding, and performance management
• Lead voice and VoIP implementations, working closely with an implementation partner
• Coordinate across network, telecom, and infrastructure teams (LAN/WAN, VoIP, voice services)
• Act as the primary point of contact between technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Partner with site leaders to:
○ Communicate timelines and migration plans
○ Walk sites through the end‑to‑end process
○ Ensure readiness and alignment prior to cutover
• Coordinate directly with local site contacts during planning, migration, and post‑implementation support
• Ensure smooth knowledge transfer and operational readiness as Qnity transitions off DuPont support

Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience as a Project Manager supporting enterprise voice, VoIP, or telecom initiatives
• Strong background in:
○ Enterprise VoIP
○ Network / Telecom
○ LAN / WAN
○ Voice and unified communications
• Experience working within networking or infrastructure environments
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across technical and non‑technical teams
• Experience working with third‑party implementation partners
• Strong communication skills, especially with site leadership and business stakeholders
• Ability to manage complex, multi‑site initiatives with a structured, roadmap‑driven approach
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience supporting global site migrations (especially 50–100+ sites)
• Background in manufacturing or plant environments (less corporate, more operational settings)
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Teams Calling
Prior experience supporting organizations transitioning off a TSA following a spin‑off or separation
