Job Description
We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients, prospects, and visitors to our wealth management office. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for ensuring a high-quality client experience while assisting the staff with daily office tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Front Desk
• Greet and assist all clients in a professional and positive manner.
• Manage front desk operations and maintain a welcoming office environment.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming office phone calls.
• Maintain office functionality.
• Scanning documents and electronically filing them.
• Organizing physical client files for staff members.
• Coordinating mailings.
Compensation: $35k - $40k Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
