Job Description
A high-impact Lead and Subject Matter Expert (SME) to take ownership of the GenAI Platform. This role is not limited to coding; Roles expects to take a leadership position that balances deep technical execution (FastAPI, React, Azure) with operational excellence. This role will require leadership for multiple transitions, monitor system performance, and serve as the primary technical member. The role will require knowledge and implementation of best DevOps practices.

Required Skills & Experience
**Must be local to Hyderabad, India**
**Open to coming 2x a week onsite**
• Core AI: Deep understanding of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns.
• Development: Proficiency in Node.js (backend integration) and familiarity with React for AI-driven UI components.
• Vector Databases: Expertise in semantic search, embeddings, and vector indexing (pgvector, HNSW, etc.).
• RAG Architecture: Expert knowledge of the Retrieval-Augmented Generation lifecycle (Chunking, Embedding, Retrieval, and Augmentation).
