Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer/Specialist to join an IT Automation team for a large pharmaceutical company. This role is critical to driving business process automation and improving efficiency across the organization. This resource will work closely with stakeholders to design, develop, and implement custom ServiceNow solutions, integrations, and automation workflows that streamline operations without overburdening IT.
Key Responsibilities:
ServiceNow Development & Customization
- Build and maintain ServiceNow catalog items, workflows, and integrations.
- Develop custom scripts and client-side logic to meet business requirements.
- Design and implement Virtual Agent topics and portal client scripts.
Automation & Integration
- Automate onboarding, asset management, and access provisioning processes.
-Integrate ServiceNow with external systems (Azure, SharePoint, APIs).
-Utilize PowerShell scripting for cross-platform automation.
Process Enablement & User Support
- Guide users through knowledge articles and self-service tools.
-Collaborate with business units to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
-Provide hands-on support and training for new processes.

Required Skills & Experience
- At least 2 years of experience with PowerShell scripting within ServiceNow
- Portal client scripts & virtual agent topic design expertise
- Experience with API development and integrations.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical users
