Job Description

We are looking to hire an experienced HVAC Technician to join our residential home development client. Candidates should be familiar with standard HVAC installation procedures, troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer service. Must be able to pass a legal background check, and drug test.

Responsibilities

Tune-Ups & Inspections: Perform regular inspections on heating and cooling systems to ensure they are running efficiently and safely

Minor Repairs: Replace or repair components like filters, belts, motors, fans, and condensate lines.

Clean Systems: Clean condenser coils, evaporator coils, filters, and blower fans.

Check & Adjust Refrigerant: Ensure refrigerant levels are correct, and make minor adjustments if necessary.

Required Skills & Experience

Skills
- Install and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential homes.
- Experience with routine tune-ups, inspections, and minor repairs in HVAC.
- Estimate costs of labor and materials associated with a job.
- Running pipe and duct systems through homes
- Reading and interpreting diagrams
- Knowing how to interpret various technical data, such as pressure and temperature
