Job Description

We are seeking a Level 2 IT Support Engineer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for hardware and software support, mobility support, and some network support. This employee will sit onsite in Wilmington, DE Monday through Friday from 8AM-5PM supporting end users in person.

Hardware and Network Support: Provisioning devices, imaging laptops, and handling hardware up to network troubleshooting (e.g., connectivity issues with network or VPN).
Mobility Support: Managing Apple devices (iPhones and iPads) using Intune for Mobile Device Management (MDM).
Software Support: Strong experience with O365 - Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.
Ticketing System: Utilizing ServiceNow for managing support tickets.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years of IT support experience, with at least 1 year of experience being Level 2 Deskside Support
- Proficient with Windows operating system
- Mobile device management using Intune
- Expert with Office365
- Excellent communication and professionalism
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Proficient with Mac operating system
