A facilities management company has an immediate need for a building engineer in Wilmington (Rockwood Office Park). They need to be seasoned in a class A multi-tenant office environment with experience with water source heat pumps.
This is a Monday to Friday, day shift position. While they will be supported by a regional lead engineer, they must have a track record of working independently.
