Job Description

Our international fortune 500 banking client is seeking a VP/SVP to join their growing Policy Governance and Management team.

This resource will be responsible for supporting our client's lines of business by creating, reviewing, and auditing company framework, policies, process flow, risk, and procedures. They will take Policy Documentation through the Policy Lifecycle (develop/write, review, approvals, publication, communication) and assess one-pagers and slide decks to analyze triggers, stakeholder engagement, and ensure auditing standards are met. They will also partner with Process Owners to write policy documents by soliciting input from various stakeholders. These policies will continuously need to be reviewed and updated as business processes and landscape change. They will also develop procedural implementation, controls, and change management process with appropriate teams to ensure proper governance and controls exist.

The Analyst will also assist in the implementation of Platform Operating Model and will communicate with department Heads and Managers on a daily and weekly basis.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5-7 years of experience in risk management, regulatory compliance, technology risk and control, legal, audit or corporate governance
- Understanding of the policy lifecycle
- Experience in banking or financial services
- Is able to implement feedback in real time

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- CISA, CISSP or CRISC and ISACA certifications
- Professional experience in Excel
