A large utilities client is looking for a Patching and Compliance Administrator to join their team. The Patching and Compliance Administrator will perform administration of patch management solutions and will work in a team-based environment performing technical duties supporting patch management. This is an entry level administrator role for windows and other operating systems. They will be a part of the patching team and manage patching software. This person will make sure client devices are getting patches applied properly in a timely manner. This person will address anything that comes back with failure. This role works with Systems Administrators, Network Administrators, Cyber Security and application owner business teams to track, and remediate open vulnerabilities on identified systems. This person will be administering backend servers and systems. This role is the entry way to becoming a systems administrator and will report to the Systems Manager. This person will be required to be 2 days a week onsite in Dover or Newark, DE,
* Minimum 2-5 years operational experience remediating/patching systems in an Enterprise environment
* Basic knowledge in patching Linux, VMware and Windows servers
* Ability to coordinate with cross-functional work teams toward task completion
* Written and verbal communication skills are a must
* Experience with the management and deployment of firmware
* The team is moving from Ivanti to SCCM now for patching
